Kupuna/ADA Accommodations and Parking

Line Management & Accessibility Information

Mahalo for planning to attend the Made in Hawai‘i Festival. We’re excited to welcome you to a weekend full of local products, flavors, and aloha. To help make your experience as smooth as possible, please review the following information about entry, parking, and accessibility.

The attendee entry line will follow the same direction as in 2024, extending down Atkinson Drive. HPD officers will be stationed at key points along Atkinson, while the Sheriff’s Office will provide oversight inside the showroom and likely in the parking garage. Hawai‘i Convention Center Security will also be present throughout the venue and surrounding areas to ensure everyone’s safety.

We will have a designated Kupuna and ADA Drop-Off Area at the Hawai‘i Convention Center Porte Cochere, generously sponsored by Humana. This allows guests to drop off kūpuna or individuals with accessibility needs, who can then rejoin their party once they reach the front of the line.

Parking and Transportation

Please note that all parking is managed by the Hawai‘i Convention Center, and parking will be very limited. Several events are taking place at the venue that weekend, which will result in significant traffic and reduced parking availability in the structure.

Accessible Parking
Vehicles displaying a valid disability placard may be allowed into the structure; however, spaces are limited and not guaranteed, as all parking availability is at the discretion of the Hawai‘i Convention Center.

Recommended Transportation Options
• Ala Moana Center
Located a short walk from the Convention Center, Ala Moana offers both free and paid parking options. Please note this is at your own risk.

• Ride Share Services
Consider using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi for a convenient drop-off near the main entrance.

• Public Transportation
Both TheBus and the Skyline Rail system provide reliable and affordable transportation options nearby. Visit thebus.org or honolulu.gov/rail for route details.

Guest safety is our top priority, and we truly appreciate your kōkua in helping create a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone. In 2024, we welcomed over 70,000 attendees, and we anticipate a similar turnout this year, especially with the holiday weekend.
