Mini Hawaiian Fishing Canoe in gift box

Used for fishing, travel and exploring the shore,  canoes were an essential transportation mode all over Oceania until recently. With a length of 9 inches (22.8 cm) this miniature Hawaiian fishing canoe carved out of Koa  wood in the workshops of Francis Pimmel, Hawaii's renowned scale modeler of Polynesian canoes, is a fine representation oe.f a Hawaiian outrigger canoe.

This small Hawaiian outrigger is sold  resting in the formed foam insert of a most elegantly designed gift box. The box is laminated with printed petroglyphs and gilded canoes which identifies its content with the Hawaiian culture and past Royalty.
