APPLICATION AND PAYMENT DEADLINES:
- Mail Application/Contract for booth space and $200 deposit per booth no later than May 1, 2010 to be on wait list. Your check will not be cashed unless you are confirmed as an exhibitor.

- Final Payment request and Information Form will be sent to you if your application is accepted, along with an invoice for any balances due. Any outstanding balance is to be paid no later than July 15, 2010.
